To give you the best shopping experience all orders will take approximately 2-5 business days to process BEFORE being shipped. Hair orders take 1-2 business days to process. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks. Hair orders are delivered within 8 days. We have 4 warehouses items are shipped from so they may arrive separately.

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).

While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control which can cause 1-3 weeks delay. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase and which are not reshipped for you. If you need to cancel an order, it must be requested before the order is processed.


 If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
