Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

Shopping on our site is safe and secure.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Yes when items are back in stock, we will send an email only if you ask to be notified.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been processed.

How do I know what size to choose?

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. More info here https://shopdollfactory.com/pages/shipping-and-delivery

I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
The Doll Factory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team at support@shopdollfactory.com so we can assist you.
What is your return policy? Returns & Exchanges are currently DISCONTINUED due to COVID and the safety of everyone.
DISCONTINUED -Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. You will be responsible shipping cost on all returns/exchanges.

Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
